Everything you can draft with Dori
A complete guide to the proposals, briefs, board updates, and HyperFrames slide decks Dori drafts from your vault memory.
For: anyone drafting proposals, updates, briefs, or decks from real work history
Starting from a blank page is the hardest part of writing — and it’s the part that costs you the most, whether that’s an hour lost to a proposal or a whole afternoon lost to a board update. Dori eliminates the blank page by drafting deliverables directly from your accumulated vault memory.
Say it’s a Monday like this: a client wants a revised proposal by noon, your board update is due Friday, and a teammate just asked for a one-pager on last quarter’s research. Three blank pages, three different audiences, and the raw material for all of them is already sitting in your vault — scattered across meeting notes, account history, and saved research you’d otherwise have to go dig up by hand.

Here’s what actually happens behind each row.
1. Slide Decks & Presentations (Bolt Slides & HyperFrames)
Once a narrative, project brief, or proposal is approved in Dori, that same approved content can feed slide and video generation instead of you rebuilding it by hand:
- Bolt Slides: Dori generates a provider-neutral Markdown production brief from your approved narrative — preserving facts, ordering, and source references — for Bolt Slides (or another presentation tool) to turn into a deck.
- HyperFrames: For video presentations, Dori projects your approved narrative into a motion video composition.
2. Investor & Board Updates
Roll up a month’s worth of project decisions, client milestones, and financial risks across all your accounts into a polished board memo.
- What Dori does: Scans your vault for notes tagged with major milestones or open risks over the last 30 days and drafts a structured executive update.
- Guide: Prep an investor update fast.
3. Client Proposals & SOWs
Draft commercial proposals that incorporate exact client requirements without re-asking questions or copying figures from old emails.
- What Dori does: Reads the client’s isolated account folder (
accounts/{client_name}/), extracts past scope discussions, and drafts a tailored Statement of Work. - Guide: Draft anything Dori already knows.
4. Pre-Call Executive Briefs
Walk into any client meeting or sales call prepared with complete context.
- What Dori does: Meeting prep is proactive — for meetings on your connected calendar, Dori prepares a brief automatically ahead of time. You can also trigger it conversationally by just mentioning the meeting to Dori (e.g. “I’m meeting Ravi from Acme tomorrow at 2pm”); Dori looks up what it knows about that person and account, kicks off research if it’s someone new, and gives you a link to the prep doc.
- Guide: Keep every client’s context separate.
5. Sourced Research Briefs & Market Audits
Synthesize months of scattered interview transcripts, PDF whitepapers, and web research into a cohesive document with citations.
- What Dori does: Reads saved research notes, groups findings by topic, extracts direct quotes, and appends original source links.
- Guide: Build a research brief from months of scattered notes.
6. Product Specs & Technical PRDs
Turn customer feature requests, bug reports, and team discussions into structured product requirements documents.
- What Dori does: Aggregates customer feedback notes from watched folders and meeting transcripts into a formal PRD with user stories and technical constraints.
